Billing Policy
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed and payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Billing Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Tikachi is not liable for delays caused by incorrect details.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in INR (₹). International customers may see currency conversions based on their bank’s exchange rate.
- Invoices: A detailed invoice will be sent via email upon order confirmation for your records.
Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Time:
- Within Kerala: 2–3 business days
- Across India: 4–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on customs clearance)
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. Free shipping may apply during special promotions.
- Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
- International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
